Cambridge is a hub of innovation, amazing minds, enterprising businesses big and small.
But how diverse a business community are we?
#WeAreCambridge is a campaign to raise awareness and champion diversity, knowledge and variety of Cambridge Businesses owners.
By putting my lens in front of diverse Cambridge business owners I’m aiming to show Cambridge as a inclusive and diverse community to set up in and do business with. Diversity is so important for all businesses big and small. Different backgrounds, experiences and views contributes to a more innovative and creative way to do business.
With this project I aim to:
- Raise awareness of diverse Cambridge businesses,
- Be an inclusivity champion for Cambridge businesses,
- Encourage individuals from diverse backgrounds to start and grow businesses in Cambridge and the surrounding areas.
How will I achieve this?
Take part in the #WeAreCambridge Diversity Survey
I am aiming for 100 responses to this short #WeAreCambridgeBusiness diversity survey – it will take you approximately 3 minutes to fill out, and I don’t require any identifiable information from you.
